All outreach coaches and volunteers interacting with youth must pass a vulnerable sectors police check before joining our team.
Each training session requires at least one coach and one support volunteer.
2025 is our first year of operation and we are currently fundraising and organizing outreach programs in our hometown of Hamilton, Ontario. We have a genuine love for the sport and immense gratitude for all the skills, perspective, and friendships it has given us. Our goal is to gradually branch out with the dream of one day offering programs across Canada.

Outreach Coach
Coaches will follow our guidelines to ensure that we are nurturing jui-jitsu skills, life skills, and positive community values. You should have a purple belt or higher and be familiar with ecological teaching methods. Each session is 1.5 hours including 1 hour for class and 15 minutes before and after for mat setup and breakdown, etc. We pay an hourly rate, which you can accept or waive as a donation. Tell us about your experience.

Support Volunteer
Most common responsibilities include picking up snacks from grocery stores, distributing them at training sessions, and helping with fundraising events. If you have a specific skillset that you think will help, please let us know.

Outreach Site
Get in touch to set up your school or community centre for a RANDORI jiu-jitsu program. One of our people will visit your site to see potential training spaces, evaluate mat needs, and discuss logistics. There will be no cost to your organization or for your youth clientele to attend classes.

Partner Gym
If you own a BJJ gym with a positive, inclusive culture and you use the ecological teaching method alone or in combination with the traditional method, please get in touch. We'll buy youth's grappling clothing from you and ask for a reduced class fee. In return, we'll promote your gym through our website, promotional materials, and fundraising events.
