JOIN OUR TEAM

All outreach coaches and volunteers interacting with youth must pass a vulnerable sectors police check before joining our team.

2026 is our second year of programming with BGC Hamilton-Halton. Our next site will be Ottawa, and our dream is to gradually branch out with programs across Canada.

IT'S NOT JUST A SPORT. IT'S A GAME CHANGER.

  • Outreach Coach

Coaches will follow our guidelines to ensure that we are nurturing jui-jitsu skills, life skills, and positive community values. You should have a blue belt or higher and be familiar with ecological teaching methods. Tell us about your experience.

  • Support Volunteer

Most common responsibilities include assisting at training sessions and helping with fundraising events. If you have a specific skillset that you think will help, please let us know.

  • Community Centre

Get in touch if you'd like to offer RANDORI jiu-jitsu at your facility. One of our people will visit your site to see potential training spaces, evaluate mat needs, and discuss logistics. There will be no cost to your organization or members.

  • Partner Gym

If you own a Canadian BJJ gym with a positive, inclusive culture and you use the ecological teaching method alone or in combination with the traditional method, please get in touch.
